  2. I just be doing a lil meth here and there and I have worked with the public every day from day one. Haven’t had so much as a cold in 2020. But all the shit they make it with now days will kill anything/everything in your body.

  3. I’m currently battling Covid-19. Fell ill on Tuesday, tested Wednesday, confirmed Thursday.

    I’ve been taking a lot of supplements and things to try to help my body fight. Below is my current regimen and I must say I think it’s helping a lot. I feel almost normal, despite a bit of a cough and not feeling quite normal. Maybe coincidence, maybe not.

    9am

    – Vitamin B12 oral spray (1200ug)
    – Vitamin D oral spray (1000 IU)
    – Zinc tablet
    – Vitamin C tablet (1000mg)
    – Echinacea tincture (15 drops in water)
    – Aspirin (600mg)
    – Manuka honey (1 spoon)

    1pm

    – Vitamin B12 oral spray (1200ug)
    – Vitamin D oral spray (1000 IU)
    – Curacept mouthwash (60s rinse, 15s gargle)
    – Manuka honey (1 spoon)

    5pm

    – Vitamin B12 oral spray (1200ug)
    – Vitamin D oral spray (1000 IU)
    – Multibionta multivitamins tablet
    – Echinacea tincture (15 drops in water)
    – Aspirin (600mg)
    – Manuka honey (1 spoon)

    9pm

    – Vitamin B12 oral spray (1200ug)
    – Vitamin D oral spray (1000 IU)
    – Curacept mouthwash (60s rinse, 15s gargle)
    – Manuka honey (1 spoon)

    11pm

    – Melatonin tablet
    – Whisky

  4. I slept probably 90% of the time when I had Covid. If I had been taking melatonin when I had it, I probably would have literally slept through the whole thing.
